Shipping Policy for Matsya Aqua Design

Thank you for choosing Matsya Aqua Design for your aquarium needs. We are committed to ensuring that your orders arrive safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our procedures and your responsibilities when receiving your order.

1. Shipping Guarantee

Matsya Aqua Design guarantees that we will cover 100% of the cost for any fish that arrive deceased or are damaged during shipping, provided that all claim conditions are met (see "Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims" below).

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims

In the unlikely event that any fish or items arrive dead or damaged, you must report the issue on the same day of receiving the shipment. Claims must be made within 8 hours of delivery, with the following requirements:

3. Delivery Delays Due to Fish Health

If a fish is found to be sick or requires quarantine before shipment, we will delay the delivery to ensure the health and safety of the fish. We will inform you in advance if there is any delay due to health concerns and ensure that you receive your order in the best condition possible.

4. Pricing

All prices listed on the Matsya Aqua Design website are for a single fish, per item, or per kilogram as indicated on each product page. Prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted once an order has been dispatched. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy.

6. Refund Processing Time

In the event of a valid refund request, refunds will be processed within 15-21 days from the date of approval. The refund amount will be issued back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

7. Parcel Collection

Customers are required to collect their parcels within 2 hours of its arrival at the designated railway station or bus stand. We are not responsible for delays in parcel collection. If a delay in collection results in fish deaths, such incidents will not qualify for a refund or claim.

8. Order Availability & Seller Liability

Acceptance and completion of an order are always subject to the availability of the items ordered. In the event that a product is unavailable, Matsya Aqua Design reserves the right to cancel the order. The seller shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or other unforeseen events. All goods are supplied without any responsibility for installation, unless explicitly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

9. Delivery

Note: Depending on stock availability we will deliver your products. If The order stock is Ready, then 12 to 24 hours delivery or else 7 to 12 working days. For pre-orders, we required 7-14 days.
