Welcome to the Matsya Aqua Design’s terms and conditions. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are between Matsya Aqua Design and you (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your” or “User(s)”).
By accessing our website www.matsyaaquadesign.com (“Website”) and/or our app ‘Matsya Aqua Design,’ the Website and Apps together shall be referred to as the “Matsya Aqua Design Platform,” you agree to be bound by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
You agree and acknowledge that Matsya Aqua Design reserves the right to modify or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Matsya Aqua Design Platform at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to User Content, hours of availability, and the equipment required for access or use.
Additionally, Matsya Aqua Design may stop sharing certain types of information, alter or eliminate transmission methods, and adjust transmission speeds or other signal characteristics. Matsya Aqua Design also reserves the right to deny access to the Matsya Aqua Design Platform, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content without prior notice to you.
3.1 As a Matsya Aqua Design User, you may submit User Content on the Matsya Aqua Design Platform, including videos and User comments. You understand that Matsya Aqua Design does not guarantee any confidentiality with respect to any User Content you submit.
3.2 For clarity, you retain your ownership rights in your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to Matsya Aqua Design, you hereby grant Matsya Aqua Design a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licenseable and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, publish, make available online or electronically transmit, the User Content in connection with the Matsya Aqua Design Platform and Matsya Aqua Design’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Matsya Aqua Design Platform in any media formats and through any media channels.
4.1 All prices listed on the website are for a single fish, per item, or per kilogram, as indicated.
4.2 Acceptance and completion of an order are subject to the availability of the ordered goods, and the Seller shall not be liable for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond their control. Additionally, all goods are supplied without any responsibility for installation unless explicitly stated in writing.
4.3 Goods may be sold at their Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Any discounts provided by the manufacturer may be passed on to the Client. The Seller may also offer additional discounts on the MRP at their sole discretion. Prices and discounts are subject to change without prior notice. All prices are displayed in INR/Rs. unless stated otherwise. Any fees associated with domestic bank or cashless transactions are the responsibility of the Client.
4.4 The Client is responsible for paying all taxes, charges, levies, and duties related to the Order. If GST applies to the Order, the Seller has the right to charge GST on the payment. If the Seller is liable for GST, they will provide the Client with any necessary information to confirm this liability and will supply any documents or details needed for the Client to claim an input tax credit under GST law.
5.1 Shipping Guarantee: Matsya Aqua Design will cover 100% of the cost for any fish that die or are damaged during shipping.
5.2 Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims: Claims for dead on arrival must be reported within 8 hours of delivery, with video and photo evidence provided. The packaging must remain sealed (oxygen-packed covers should not be opened).
5.3 Delivery Delays Due to Fish Health: If a fish is found to be sick or requires quarantine, we will delay the delivery and inform you in advance.
5.4 Time of delivery of the goods and/or installation (including replacements) shall not be the essence of any contract. Any date for delivery and/or installation given by Seller is the best estimate that can be made, and Seller shall not be liable for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential) caused by delay in delivery or fitting being after any quote date. All goods delivered by or on behalf of Seller become the liability of Client upon delivery and/or further delivery at the address given for delivery.
6.1 Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted once the order has been dispatched.
6.2 Refund period - after approval 15-21 days.
6.3 Refund will be provided to the original payment mode.
6.4 Depending on stock availability we will deliver your products. If the order stock is ready, then 12 to 24 hours delivery or else 7 to 12 working days.
6.5 Door Delivery is available for Hyderabad and main city areas (Delivery Charges will be Extra).
6.6 In the unlikely event of any defect being noticed in any goods, Seller will exchange the said defective product only if said defective product meets the following conditions:
7.1 Client understands that all manufactured equipment carries manufacturer’s warranty. In the event Client experiences failure with equipment; Client is advised to contact Seller within 24 hours of failure for inspection. If upon inspection the equipment has malfunctioned through fault of Client, Seller shall provide a quote for the replacement goods.
7.2 In the event the item is broken within the parameters of the manufacturer warranty, Seller shall provide a replacement free of charge + shipping and/or administration charges, if any, in carrying out these duties. The supply of all equipment by Seller to Client is secured under manufacturer warranty. Seller accepts no liability for the failure of this equipment other than to exchange the item for Client.
7.3 Any costs outside the cost of the said item incurred by Seller in undertaking these activities shall be charged to Client’s account. Should Client wish to communicate directly with the manufacturer of the goods, Seller shall inform Client of the necessary manufacturer to contact.
7.4 The normal operation of equipment is the sole liability and responsibility of Client. Seller does not guarantee the running of the aquarium equipment.
8.1 Data Collection: Matsya Aqua Design collects personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and payment details, only when you provide it voluntarily through our website for placing orders, subscribing to newsletters, or contacting customer support.
8.2 Use of Personal Data: The information we collect is used to process orders, improve our services, and communicate updates about your order. It may also be used for marketing purposes, such as promotions or new product launches, but only if you have given your consent.
8.3 Sharing of Information: Matsya Aqua Design does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted partners who assist in processing payments, delivering orders, or providing customer service, but only to the extent necessary for those services.
All content on the Matsya Aqua Design website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Matsya Aqua Design and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Matsya Aqua Design shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, government restrictions, labor strikes, power outages, or disruptions in transportation or communication networks. In such events, Matsya Aqua Design will make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as possible but shall not be liable for any damages or losses caused by these delays or interruptions.
